Refund policy

Because each item is handmade, all sales are final.  We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.  If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at thecarthycollection@yahoo.com.  Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item so we can evaluate the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Handmade Variations

Natural variations in color, pattern, texture, stones, leather, cork, and other materials are part of the handmade nature of our jewelry and are not considered defects.
